Work underway to improve overflow car park
March 19, 2014
Work has begun to improve the accessibility and appearance of the Chapel’s parking area for coaches and overflow parking for cars.
The work, being undertaken by Luddon, will include resurfacing and creation of a new entry/exit point, off Chapel Loan, making the area safer for visitors. It is expected that the work will be completed by the end of April.
Rosslyn Chapel remains open to visitors, including group visits, during this time. Rather than driving down to the visitor centre, coach drivers should drop passengers off at the top of Chapel Loan (2 minutes’ walk from the Chapel) and then park on the outskirts of the village. Minibuses should use the Chapel’s main car park until the end of April.
We apologise for any inconvenience or disruption caused by this work.
