Seasonal Recruitment 2025 – Visitor Welcome & Parking Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic, welcoming & outgoing people to join our Visitor Services team this summer as Visitor Welcome & Parking Assistants.

Our Visitor Welcome & Parking Assistants will be required to assist visitors as they arrive at the Chapel.  As a first point of contact for visitors, this role is crucial in providing a 5-star welcome.  This role is based primarily in our coach & car parks, facilitating the safe access, parking & egress of coaches, minibuses & cars, co-ordinating visiting coach groups.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent communication skills and be outgoing and friendly.
• Display excellent customer service skills.
• Be able to work using their own initiative.
• Be willing to undertake basic cleaning & housekeeping duties.
• Have experience of working outside in all weather conditions.
• Have their own transport or be able to easily commute to Roslin.
• Be available to work regular weekends.
